Roberta Gottardo

La dott.ssa Roberta Gottardo e’ una psicologa e psicoterapeuta registrata all’ Albo degli Psicologi del Friuli Venezia Giulia in Italia e all’Albo degli Psicologi in Australia. E’ inoltre un membro dell’ Australian Psychological Society (APS ). Ha conseguito un Laura Magistrale a Trieste con una Specializzazione in Psicologia Generale e Sperimentale e un Specializzazione quatriennale in Psicoterapia Sistemica Familiare a Udine. Ha maturato una esperienza piu’ che decennale in diversi ambiti clinici, terapeutici ededucativi. Ha lavorato con bambini e adulti con disabilita’, con adolescenti e famiglie con difficolta’ relazionali, sociali e psicologiche ed in centri di salute mentale. Ha inoltre coperto il ruolo di Coordinatrice pedogagica in scuole d’infanzia e Coordinatrice di servizi di assistenza per anziani. Offre consulenza e sostegno psicologico ad adulti, bambini famiglie e coppie. Opera come psicologa e psicoterapeuta a Melbourne e utilizza teorie basate sull’evidenza scientifica (Terapia Cognitiva Comportamentale, Terapia Interpersonale e Sistemica Familiare). E’ specializzata nel trattamento dei disturbi depressivi, ansia, autismo, problemi relazionali e di coppia, problematiche educative, disturbi alimentari e disturbi di adattamento dovuti al fenomeno dell’immigrazione.

 

Dr. Roberta Gottardo is a Psychologist and a Psychotherapist registered in the Psychologist Board of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) and in the Psychologist Board of Australia. She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society ( APS). In Trieste Roberta received a Master Degree in Psychology with a specialisation in General and Experimental Psychology and in Udine she completed a Postgraduate Specialisation in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy. Roberta has more than 10 years’ experience in different clinical, therapeutic and educational settings. She has worked with children and adults with disabilities, with teenagers and families with relational, social and psychological issues and in Community Mental health Services. He was also a Youth Services Coordinator and an Aged Care Services Coordinator. She currently works as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist in Melbourne and she provides counselling for adults, children, families and couple to assist them with a range of psychological issues including Anxiety, Depression, Autism, Eating disorders, Relationship and Educational issues and Adjustment Disorders due to Immigration. Roberta is committed to using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Family Therapy and Family based interventions (systemic, structural and post-Milan).
