5.00 pm  –  Jan Molloy (Program Coordinator, Humanities, Immigration Museum), Maria Azzurra Tranfaglia -Nomit (PhD Candidate and Research Fellow CELRL, University of Melbourne) – Welcome and Forum presentation  
Peter Mares (author of Not Quite Australian: how temporary migration is changing the nation and contributor editor, Inside Story magazine) – Impact of 457 visa changes on temporary migrant workers in Australia  
Gabrielle Marchetti (Principal Lawyer, JobWatch Inc) – The role of JobWatch: most common issues regarding migrant workers on working holiday visa and student visa. How to protect workers’ rights in case of exploitation. Questions throughout the presentation.  
Luke Ryan (Senior Fair Work Inspector) – from the Fair Work Ombudsman will present information on the Harvest Trail and give tips for backpackers and seasonal workers to have a better understanding of their workplace rights and obligations while working in the farming and horticulture sectors.
